ROLE: PREPARING FOR THE PROJECT
As the Assistant Project Manager, your responsibility is to create a Project Management Plan (PMP) for a business project, using a combination of primary and secondary research methods.

Clearly state an aim created based on the topic that you have chosen for your project and three objectives based on this aim for the project. (4) To meet the stated aims and objectives of the project, create a project management plan (PMP) that covers:

- Quality
- Risk
- Communication,
- Resources
- and research methods
- Apply the following tools to provide timeframes and stages for completion of the project (5)
A work breakdown structure(WBS) and Gantt chart
Your report may include justifications of your choices made in the design of the PMP for successfully achieving the aim and objectives of the chosen project for your organisation.
