• Identify Clinical issue
• Define quality improvement
• Finish with a sentence bringing the two together
•  Background evidence (literature summary)
•  Carry out a brief literature search; do not go mad, but make it up to date. Then write this up briefly.

Design, Implementation, and Evaluation of Project 2100 words

• Plan: Brief description pick up from the last paragraph.
• Make it clear what clinical environment you are using in your plan.
• Use some sort of model of QI
• Remember, this is a planned project. It is all about what you would do and how you would evaluate it.
