Domino’s Pizza was the leading pizza restaurant chain in the United Kingdom in 2021. However, competitors such as Pizza Hut ranked first position in 2022, resulting in Domino losing its credibility and becoming customers’ second choice. 

Whilst considering the issue at hand, Dominio’s senior management devised a strategy to manage its brand reputation and stay relevant by making appropriate changes to its delivery service introducing ‘Driverless delivery and e-bikes to optimize the delivery process’ in the hopes for a successful change management implementation to drives sales. However, delivery drivers at Dominio’s are left vulnerable due to the drastic changes implemented by the head office.
