Task One – Intranet Article
You are required to write an article for the company intranet, which the management team can access and read. This must contain information on the legal aspects of managing recruitment and selection activities lawfully, managing issues relating to pay and working time lawfully, and managing change and reorganization lawfully. The article should be formal in style.
The article can be broken down into three sections:
Section 1

Section 2
a) Explain the major statutory rights workers have in relation to pay. (AC 4.1)

d) Explain other employment rights relating to flexible working. (AC 4.4)
Section 3
a) Discuss the legal implications of managing change. (AC 3.1)
b) Explain the legal requirements relating to transfers of undertakings. (AC 3.2)
