Part A: Virtual presentation based on Research Article (10 minutes)

Key Components and Task:

• The presentation should be based on a recent (published in the last five years) research paper in the field of individual differences (e.g. personality, intelligence, psychological measurement).
• The paper must have been published in one of the following four journals: Journal of \Research in Personality; Intelligence; Journal of Personality and Social Psychology; Personality and Individual Differences.
• Students should provide a summary of all the sections of the paper, except the abstract, outlining its main conclusions and its contributions to the field of individual differences.
• Students should also critically analyse the strengths and weaknesses of the paper, both theoretical and methodological, and suggest ideas for future research.
• The chosen paper must be empirical, using gathered data analysed within a ‘results’ section, a review paper is not acceptable.

Part B: Essay 1,200 words (does not include references list)

Answer ONE of the questions from the list below:
1.) Give an account of the development of the main psychological theories of Human Intelligence, illustrate this through a good range of empirical evidence
