Part 1

This is the main part of your assignment. It is worth 80% of the mark for this TMA. It is based on your analysis of a case study.

Question 2
Referring to the B100 module material explain the differences between payment by time and payment by result and between individually and collectively focused performance-related pay (PRP) systems. Using module material and evidence from the case study, discuss what system of managing reward is used by AIO.
